In an effort to reduce waste, all parts of the hide are used in the creation of every piece. There will be slight color and grain variations as well as, small imperfections. The leather will darken and age over time and use, which will only enhance the natural beauty of this material. Our leather is sourced ethically and is vegetable- tanned by artisan tanners in Italy.

Wipe away dirt or dust with a soft, clean cloth.
Follow up with a leather conditioner to maintain
the luster. When left to its own devices, leather can
become dull and dry. Regular maintenance is important!
Avoid prolonged exposure to sun or water.
We recommend stuffing your bag with tissue paper
and storing it upright in its dust bag. This will help retain
the shape of the bag.
Allow the spill to dry naturally. Do not add heat or it
will make it worse.
Protect and condition:
Leather bags need regular conditioning. Start with a small
amount of conditioner on a clean cotton cloth
and work in a circular motion around the bag.
*Note - this will darken the color of the bag. Test on an inconspicuous area first.
We offer a 7 day exchange policy from the time you receive your item. If you are not completely satisfied, we will happily exchange it for another item or for store credit. Item must be in original, unused condition with original tags and packaging. Exchange policy does not apply to any bag alterations or custom work.
Any items shipped to us for exchanges will be covered by the customer. We can not accept responsibility for any lost or damaged items during transit.

Order are processed and shipped from Comfort, Texas. All items are made-to-order and require 14-21 to complete. After your order has been processed, we will send you an email confirmation containing the tracking number for your package. If you are having trouble locating your tracking information from your email, please go directly to USPS.com or UPS.com to track your package.
Once your package has shipped, ARCHIVE GOODS is no longer liable for lost or stolen packages. We do not refund original or return shipping costs. Shipping costs will only be refunded if the return is a result of our error.
Please be on the lookout for your package. We do not refund for packages lost in transit. We are not responsible for delayed, lost, stolen or un-retrieved packages that have been confirmed as delivered. Please ensure your delivery address is correct and secure when placing your order. Please note that some orders may experience delays that we have no control over.

We will repair any stitching or hardware for free up to one year since original purchase date. After that, there will be a charge for repairs. Please email us at email@example.com for more information.
If your item appears to be damgaged up receipt, please email as soon as possible. We are happy to repair or exchange the item. Email firstname.lastname@example.org with photos of the damage. Please note that we will not accept all damages.
